The role emphasizes collaboration with leadership, development of proactive strategies, and partnerships to connect qualified professionals with CCBC student success goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field required.
• 5 years of directly related recruitment/talent acquisition experience required.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS required.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
• Professional HR Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review employment applications to determine qualifications for education and experience.
• Coordinate job announcements and advertisements for CCBC recruitments.
• Develop sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
• Assist hiring managers with recruitment strategies and interview processes.
• Process I-9s and back‑up for recruitment administration.
