Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field with five years of recruitment experience.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and selection procedures.
• Proficiency with MS Office, ATS, and HRIS systems; HR Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to assigned College division and/or function.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies and talent pipelines.
• Coordinate dissemination of job announcements and advertisements for assigned recruitments.
• Assist hiring managers, search chairs and committees with recruitment processes, interviews, and selection.
