Job summary

Community College of Baltimore County seeks a Director, Pathways to drive Guided Pathways initiatives that support students from high school through college and into the workforce. You will coordinate instructional support, integrate dual enrollment, Prior Learning Assessments, and workforce credentials within CCBC’s pathways, and guide program design across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from a regionally accredited institution is required.
• Five years of progressively responsible experience in Academic Affairs, curriculum development, student success initiatives, academic pathways, or related fields, including cross-functional coordination, are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the academic affairs efforts to provide instructional support for Guided Pathways across student progression.
• Collaborate with faculty convenors and program coordinators to align coursework across high school, credit, workforce and transfer programs to create clear career pathways.
• Develop program evaluation measures and utilize data analytics to track student progress within pathway programs, identifying areas for improvement.
• Manage the activities performed by Pathway Coordinators across the academic schools.
• Work with K-12 schools, industry partners, and workforce development agencies to align academic programming with labor market needs.
