• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with 2+ years in AR/collections.
• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• Experience in higher education or similar financial services is advantageous.
• Proficiency with Workday or enterprise financial systems is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage an accounts receivable portfolio and monitor activity for timely resolution.
• Communicate with customers via calls, email, and written notices to address balances.
• Investigate discrepancies, coordinate with internal teams, and resolve billing issues.
• Document collection actions, commitments, and outcomes; escalate as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and deliver excellent customer service even under pressure.
