Job summary

Qualifications

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to troubleshoot technology issues and work with databases.
Ability to organize resources, establish priorities, and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

Assist faculty/staff/students in services in the Warrior OneStop.
Co-coordinate registration, scheduling, programs, and courses.
Manage CourseLeaf CLSS, 25Live, Perceptive Content, Dual Enroll uploads, and Student Planning systems.
Assist the Associate Director of Admissions/Registrar & Records with Colleague rules and cohorts.
Produce and edit class schedules and scheduling of classes.
Process dual credit registrations and drops.
Run reports and provide quality control metrics.
Coordinate software updates/testing for the office.
Process forms such as add/drop, PIFs, withdraws, name/address changes.
