• Ability to work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, and able to navigate various databases.

Aufgaben

• Assist faculty/staff/students in a broad range of services in the Warrior OneStop.
• Co‑coordinate registration, scheduling, programs, and courses.
• Manage CourseLeaf CLSS, 25Live, Perceptive Content, Dual Enroll course uploads, and Student Planning systems.
• Assist the Associate Director of Admissions/Registrar & Records with Colleague rules, cohorts, and functions.
• Produce and edit class and time schedules and scheduling of classes.
• Process dual credit registrations and drops.
• Register Teacher In-Service student applications; process Individualized Study student applications.
• Run reports and provide quality control metrics.
• Coordinate software updates/testing for the office.
• Process forms in the office (add/drop, PIFs, withdraws, name/address changes).
• Other duties as assigned.
• Additional duties include activities to support recruitment and retention of students.
