Job summary

Cengage Group is seeking a Higher Education Editorial and Learning Team member to craft impactful materials aligned with our strategic vision. You will lead competitive intelligence and collaborate with authors, SMEs, and industry partners on project ideation grounded in market insights.

You will also develop documentation, track content, and manage an author talent database to support strong program execution, while building benchmarks and addressing content issues across teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic docs, content tracking, and an author talent database.
• Build and update competitive benchmarks to inform editorial strategy.
• Serve as primary contact for customer-reported content issues and coordinate cross-functional resolutions.
