Job summary

Jenzabar, Inc. seeks a Client Success Manager with a background in Higher Education or client service and 2+ years of experience. The ideal candidate is located in or around New York or Kansas, and willing to travel 50-75% within the territory.

This role focuses on maintaining strong client relationships, leveraging data to address client ROI, and collaborating with Account Executives to drive future sales opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential.
• Experience in Higher Education or client service is required; HE industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive client relationships to maximize product/service satisfaction.
• Act as a liaison between organization and clients.
• Leverage data to personalize client needs and ROI.
• Provide client service training for continuous improvement.
• Visit and/or conduct annual reviews with each client.
• Identify and develop strategic relationships with senior contacts.
