Jenzabar in Kansas City seeks a Client Success Manager with a background in Higher Education or Client Service and 2+ years of experience. You will maintain client relationships, act as liaison, and collaborate with Account Executives to drive ROI.
Travel 50-75% to visit clients on campus, conduct annual reviews, and present at regional conferences. You will leverage data and AI-enabled tools to improve decision-making while upholding privacy and ethical standards.
Jenzabar is looking for a Client Success Manager that has a background in Higher Education and/or Client Service (through Jenzabar or an outside institution or company) with 2+ years of experience. Ideal candidate would be located in or around Kansas or New York and have the ability to cover that territory.
The pay range for this position is $48,000-$60,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, geographic location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus in addition to a full range of benefits.
