Job summary

Jenzabar is seeking a Client Success Manager with 2+ years in Higher Education or Client Service to support clients in Kansas and New York. The role involves maintaining strong client relationships, acting as liaison, and leveraging data to drive ROI.

Ideal candidates will understand the Higher Education landscape, communicate effectively, and be willing to travel up to 75% to cover the territory and visit campuses. Jenzabar offers a competitive compensation package and benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
Background in Higher Education understood industry.
Prior experience as Account Manager in Higher Education space is a plus.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Maintain positive client relationships to maximize product/service satisfaction.
Act as a liaison between organization and clients.
Leverage data to personalize client needs and ROI.
Visit clients on campus and conduct annual reviews.
Travel 50-75% to cover Kansas/NY territory.
Represent Jenzabar at regional conferences in your territory.
Gather feedback to improve products and positioning.
Collaborate with Account Executive & Sales Manager to enable future sales.
