Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
• At least three years of experience as an applications system administrator.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Preferred: experience with Jenzabar ERP.
• Experience with Slate CRM is preferred.
• Experience integrating ERP data via flat files and/or APIs.
• Project management training or experience.
• Strong end-user orientation and customer service skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Flexible schedule when required.

Responsibilities

• Install and test application upgrades and perform configuration changes.
• Monitor applications for performance and availability.
• Lead user committees through academic/administrative systems decisions.
• Meet with users to understand evolving needs of applications.
• Develop detailed project plans with goals, timelines, risks, and resources.
• Provide configuration, training, and usage guidance to users.
• Offer analysis, problem solving, and technical guidance for enterprise systems.
• Provide maintenance and problem resolution support.
• Communicate changes and impact to users and management.
• Maintain up-to-date technical and operations documentation.
• Support vendor upgrades and maintenance; ensure security/access.
• Collaborate with technical staff to develop joint solutions.
