Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Instructional Technology, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years as an applications system administrator.
• Demonstrated experience with Learning Management Systems.
• Experience with Jenzabar ERP preferred.
• Experience with Slate CRM preferred.
• Experience integrating ERP data via flat files or APIs.
• Project management training or experience.
• Strong end user orientation and customer service skills.
• Strong troubleshooting methodology.

Responsibilities

• Install and test application upgrades and configuration changes.
• Monitor applications for performance and availability.
• Lead user committees through process and business decisions for academic/admin systems.
• Meet with users to understand evolving needs.
• Develop project plans with goals, timelines, risks, and resources.
• Provide training and usage guidance to application users.
• Provide problem solving support for enterprise systems.
• Maintain and resolve issues; communicate impact of changes.
• Provide reports to management and adhere to change procedures.
• Maintain technical and operations documentation.
• Support vendor upgrades and maintenance.
• Maintain security and access for academic applications.
• Handle paperwork and records.
• Collaborate with technical staff to develop joint solutions.
