Responsible for planning, organizing, managing, and supporting the areas of business applications and ERP. Maintains the primary student system (Jenzabar CX/Ellucian Banner) and ensures that all systems interoperate to provide seamless access to information and resources.
Directly supervise employees and student workers. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving issues.

Bachelor’s degree required in the areas of Computer Science, Computer Information System, Management Information Systems or related field; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of five (5) years experience in the Information Technology sector with demonstrated experience in managing enterprise business software projects. Experience with Windows and Macintosh operating systems and applications desired.
