Job summary

Lutheran Community Services NW seeks an Enterprise Applications Administrator to own and optimize CRM, ERP, and cloud-based business systems, ensuring secure, reliable operations and data integrity. You will partner with stakeholders, manage access, upgrades, and integrations, document standards, and monitor performance, strengthening security, efficiency, and user experience across the organization.

Four+ years of related experience administering enterprise applications, CRM or ERP platforms, and cloud-based systems.
Knowledge of enterprise application administration, SaaS platforms, IAM, data management, system integrations, troubleshooting, and vendor collaboration.
Ability to analyze needs, resolve issues, and communicate with both technical and non-technical users.

Responsibilities

Administer, configure, maintain, and optimize enterprise applications including CRM/ERP and cloud-based systems.
Manage application security, user access, configurations, integrations, data integrity, and performance.
Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and implement/apply improvements across apps.
Troubleshoot complex issues, coordinate vendor support, and resolve incidents affecting enterprise apps.
Plan, test, document, and implement upgrades, integrations, and changes with change management.
Develop and maintain technical docs, standards, data practices, and user resources.
