Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a FRG Associate to work with Fixed Income Investment Professionals and peers to deliver deep fundamental research and insights. You will conduct bottom‑up analysis, build financial models, and help monitor holdings while engaging with management teams and industry specialists.

You will collaborate on developing investment ideas, communicate findings clearly, and participate in the high‑yield corporate credit process.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of credit research experience, preferably in high‑yield.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, STEM or related field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bottom‑up fundamental research to drive investment decisions.
• Partner with Fixed Income professionals to generate investment ideas.
• Conduct financial modeling, analyze capital structures, and compare relative value across sectors.
