You will work with the High Yield team to identify investment opportunities, build financial models, conduct due diligence, and support portfolio managers and traders on thematic trades.

The role requires 7+ years of high yield research experience, a strong network, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of high yield research experience.
• Strong investment judgment and attention to detail.
• Excellent financial modeling and written communication.
• Effective presentation skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Deep network of high yield sell-side and buy-side analysts.
• Willingness to respond to market-moving developments outside regular hours.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and monitor idiosyncratic long and short ideas for high yield portfolios.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models and forecasts.
• Conduct industry and company-specific due diligence.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers and traders to align bonds with trades.
• Provide support across the team during high workload periods.
• Leverage industry relationships to source investment ideas.
• Assess impact of company developments and macro events on credits.
• Assist marketing with strategy materials and market insights.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects.
