Job summary

GW&K Investment Management in Boston is seeking an Associate Taxable Research Analyst to support fixed income research. You will analyze corporate issuers, build financial models, and develop investment recommendations with senior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 1-3 years in corporate credit research, fixed income or related finance role.
• CFA charter holder or progress toward CFA preferred.
• Familiarity with credit markets, financial statement analysis, and risk.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; detail oriented and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fundamental credit analysis of corporate issuers and assess risks.
• Support coverage through earnings analysis, filings reviews, and meetings prep.
• Build and maintain financial models for cash flow, leverage, and coverage.
• Develop concise credit opinions and investment recommendations.
• Evaluate relative value across issuers, sectors, and capital structures.
