Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a high-volume tire location.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proven sales and operational management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Used tire sales and inventory management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of a high-volume tire center.
• Hire, coach, and motivate employees to achieve established performance goals.
• Deliver professional customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Drive tire and automotive service sales.
• Manage employee scheduling, shop workflow, and productivity.
• Oversee inventory, purchasing, and parts management.
• Monitor KPIs and store profitability.
