Sun Auto Tire & Service in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive customer experience, and grow the business. You will own the store's performance, coach the team, manage safety, and partner with district leadership to deliver sales and profitability.

This role requires 5+ years in automotive service, tire, or retail leadership, strong coaching and KPI skills, and a passion for development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in automotive service, tire, retail, or store management.
• Proven ability to motivate, coach, and lead high-performing teams.
• Experience managing store performance, KPIs, budgets, labor, inventory, or P&L results.
• Strong customer service, sales, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a process-driven environment with attention to detail and accountability.
• Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer tools to guide decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team to deliver a professional, customer-first experience.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop teammates to drive performance.
• Set clear expectations and maintain a safe, inclusive work environment.
• Analyze store metrics and implement action plans to meet or exceed targets.
• Own store-level P&L by driving revenue growth and cost control.
• Manage parts and tire inventory in the POS system including returns and warranty tracking.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns with urgency and professionalism.
