Job summary

FCC Environmental Services, LLC is seeking an experienced recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple sites, including field locations. You will partner with hiring managers to build pipelines, screen a wide range of roles, and coordinate events to attract talent.

The role requires 3+ years in high-volume recruiting, strong assessment skills, and travel up to 50%. Proficiency with Workday and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Ability to assess candidate qualifications and influence hiring decisions.
• Experience recruiting for waste to energy facilities or field-based workforces preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source and screen candidates for drivers, technicians, operations staff, and administrative roles.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, follow-ups, hosting events, posting jobs, screening, scheduling interviews, offers.
• Design and attend hiring events, career fairs, and job expos to promote the company and connect with talent.
• Develop relationships with trade schools and local employment agencies.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in Workday ATS.
• Travel up to 50% to support field recruiting and events.
