FCC Environmental Services is seeking a skilled recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring across our field, operations, and admin roles. You will build talent pipelines, partner with leaders, and drive a positive candidate experience while meeting recruitment timelines.

The role requires strong attention to detail, credibility with leaders, and willingness to travel up to 50% to support recruitment at multiple locations.

Competenze

• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience recruiting for waste to energy facilities or waste industry roles preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50% to support field recruiting initiatives and events.

Mansioni

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source and screen candidates for drivers, technicians, operations staff, and admin roles.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, posting jobs, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Design and attend hiring events, career fairs, and expos to attract talent.
• Develop relationships with trade schools and local employment agencies.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS (Workday).
• Communicate regularly with hiring managers to build partnerships and ensure timely feedback.
