Job summary

FCC Environmental Services, LLC is seeking a skilled recruiter to manage full-cycle hiring in a fast-paced, high-volume environment across our Texas operating locations.

You will partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates for drivers, technicians, operations staff and administrative roles, and drive a positive candidate experience while ensuring adherence to recruiting processes and timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting in high-volume environments.
• Develop talent pipelines and evaluate candidate qualifications effectively.
• Influence hiring decisions and build partnerships with hiring managers.
• Knowledge of recruitment laws and Workday ATS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source and screen candidates for drivers, technicians, operations staff, and admin roles.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Design and attend hiring events and career fairs to attract talent.
• Develop relationships with trade schools and local agencies.
• Maintain candidate data in Workday ATS and ensure timely communication.
