Job summary

FCC Environmental Services seeks a skilled recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for a high-volume workforce, including drivers, technicians and operations staff, with up to 50% travel.

You will partner with hiring managers, design recruitment strategies, host events, and ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining compliance with recruitment laws.

Requires at least 3 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree, Workday ATS proficiency, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience supporting high-volume operations, skilled trades, or field-based workforces.
• Ability to influence hiring decisions and partner with hiring managers.
• Knowledge of recruitment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Source and screen candidates for drivers, technicians, operations staff, and administrative roles.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, follow-ups, events, postings, interviews, and offers.
• Design and attend hiring events, career fairs, and job expos to promote FCC Environmental Services.
• Develop relationships with trade schools, community organizations, and local agencies.
• Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in Workday ATS.
• Communicate regularly with hiring managers to build a strong business partnership.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely feedback and updates.
