Job summary

Distro is seeking an on-site Recruiter to handle high-volume recruiting across multiple sites, including Duluth. You’ll source, screen, and move candidates for non-sales roles, collaborating with hiring managers to optimize time-to-fill and maintain precise records.

This role requires strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment and experience with staffing or healthcare recruiting is a plus. The position is on-site with standard hours from 9:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a high-volume recruiting environment.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Experience with RPO, staffing agency, or healthcare recruiting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of requisitions and hiring activity simultaneously, maintaining organization and clear communication.
• Source, screen, and move candidates through the recruiting process for non-sales roles across multiple locations.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand role needs and drive time-to-fill improvements.
• Keep accurate candidate and requisition records and provide regular status updates.
