Schnellecke Logistics USA is seeking a results-driven Staffing Recruiter to support high-volume hourly workforce recruiting across multiple locations. Based in the corporate office, you will manage full-cycle recruiting, build pipelines, and coordinate with site leadership and staffing partners to ensure timely starts.

You will drive sourcing through multiple channels, screen and interview candidates, track metrics in ATS, and collaborate with operations to align recruiting with demand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting hourly positions in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with ATS and Excel to track metrics.
• Ability to coordinate with site leaders and staffing partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hourly roles across locations.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines to meet staffing needs.
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Screen candidates, evaluate qualifications, and coordinate interviews.
• Communicate with candidates to maintain engagement through process.
• Coordinate offers, pre-employment steps, and onboarding.
• Prioritize requisitions based on urgency and business needs.
