Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting hourly positions in fast-paced environments
• Strong candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding knowledge
• Proficiency with ATS, Excel, and Microsoft Office

Aufgaben

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hourly roles across multiple locations
• Develop and maintain active candidate pipelines to meet workforce demands
• Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach
• Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding, and pre-employment requirements
• Partner with Site HR and operations to align recruiting with business needs
• Monitor requisitions, pipelines, and hiring progress to address gaps
• Provide regular recruiting updates to leadership and staffing partners
