Responsibilities

• Maintain a friendly, positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times.
• Follow recipes and cook to specified standards.
• Lead kitchen or service in the absence of supervision.
• Assist with monthly inventory and HAACP plans.
• Support hot and cold station prep for events and production orders.
• Rotate to different service locations as needed.
