The ideal candidate has 5 years of cooking and food prep experience in premium services, with strong knife skills, HACCP knowledge, and a guest-focused mindset. Flexible scheduling includes late nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 5 years cooking and food prep experience in premium services or high-volume venues.
• Ability to communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.
• Customer service oriented with focus on guest satisfaction.
• Flexible to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Team player with strong attention to detail and organization.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support all culinary operations under the Executive Culinary Team.
• Execute station requirements in a timely, quality manner.
• Follow recipes and cook to specified standards.
• Assist in recipe development and new food ideas.
• Demonstrate advanced knife skills and proper butchery techniques.
• Maintain HACCP plans and uphold health/sanitation standards.
• Lead kitchen or staff in supervisor's absence and assist inventory.
