Qualifications

• Previous high-volume cooking experience required.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervise hourly food service associates, including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, and performance reviews.
• Store food properly and maintain sanitation according to state and federal guidelines.
• Ensure proper portion control and serving temperatures; maintain equipment cleanliness and organization.
• Interact with customers to resolve issues in a courteous, service-minded manner.
• Explain daily menu items accurately to staff and customers.
• Monitor peak production and service hours; manage inventory and deliveries; report low stock to supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
