Job summary

Absolute International Security in Irwindale, CA is seeking a Recruiter to support day-to-day recruiting with full-cycle, high-volume hiring in a fast-paced environment. You will manage the ATS, source candidates through job fairs and social media, screen and interview applicants, and keep the pipeline flowing smoothly.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in security, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience in high-volume hiring.
• Experience in security industry or related industry preferred.
• Excellent written & verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple high-volume openings.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews at scale.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate records in the ATS.
• Track recruiting metrics and ensure compliance with laws and practices.
