Security Engineers, Inc. in Irving, TX is seeking a High-Volume Recruiter to handle prescreening, interviews, posting ads, and maintaining our hiring database. You will collaborate with hiring managers and participate in recruiting events to fill roles efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and customer service skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be comfortable traveling occasionally and working in SEI offices three days a week.

Formación

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Report.
• Must have a valid driver’s license from your state of residence.
• Must be able to work in SEI Office 3 days a week.
• Must be able to travel occasionally to different areas of the company.
• Must be self-driven to work remotely.
• Computer literate with basic/intermediate knowledge of computer systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-stress environments.

Responsabilidades

• Post hiring ads to our company platform and other relevant job boards.
• Pre-screen applicants to assess qualifications and fit.
• Conduct interviews with candidates to evaluate skills and fit.
• Maintain our online hiring database for accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Provide regular updates to the hiring team on open positions.
• Participate in recruitment events such as job fairs and networking events.
