PalAmerican Security is seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to staff high-volume security roles in a fast-paced, on-site environment. The recruiter will handle full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to offer extension, while maintaining a healthy candidate pipeline and collaborating with Area Directors of Operations.

The role emphasizes compliance with hiring standards and timely backfill, with a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience and strengthening our employer brand.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (high-volume or agency environments preferred).
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Execute the complete recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer extension for high-volume security positions.
• Maintain a continuous pipeline of pre-qualified candidates to ensure rapid backfill and smooth contract startups.
• Collaborate with Area Directors of Operations to prioritize requisitions based on urgency and client needs.
• Proactively source candidates through various channels to minimize reactive recruiting.
