You will partner directly with sales leadership to forecast headcount needs, build high-velocity sourcing pipelines, and run rigorous, fast-moving selection funnels with an exceptional candidate experience. We are looking for an experienced recruiter with a proven track record in high-volume

Formación

• Proven track record of full-cycle recruiting in high-velocity sales environments.
• Experience hiring quota-carrying sales talent (Account Managers, Account Executives, Sales Managers).
• Expertise in direct sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, and cold outreach.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Sales Leadership to forecast headcount and align hiring plans.
• Own end-to-end recruitment forSales roles: pipeline launch to offer and closing.
• Train and coach sales managers on structured interviews and role plays.
• Proactively source top sales talent via multi-channel outbound methods.
• Lead talent attraction strategy and market compensation benchmarking.
• Optimize recruiting funnel using ATS metrics to shorten time-to-fill.
• Collaborate with People & Marketing on sales recruitment campaigns.
