Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Retail Assistant Manager to oversee our high-volume retail facilities and to develop travel center and restaurant plans that meet standards, sales and profit goals while ensuring customer satisfaction. In this role you will build, coach, and develop teams through staffing, interviewing, hiring and training.

You will drive sales, manage team members, track inventory, deliver excellent customer service and perform P&L analysis.

Formación

• 2–3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or service industry with responsibility for financial results.
• Experience in high-volume retail with P&L accountability.
• Ability to create and maintain a customer-focused culture.
