Pilot Flying J is seeking an experienced Retail Assistant Manager to oversee our high-volume retail facilities. You will be responsible for developing and executing travel center and restaurant business plans to achieve sales, profit objectives and customer satisfaction.

As Retail Assistant Manager, you will lead and develop teams, conduct meetings, maintain vendor relationships, drive sales, manage inventory, and perform P&L analysis.

Formación

• Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in retail, restaurant, grocery or other service industry with responsibility for financial results.
• Previous management in high-volume retail with P&L accountability.
• Ability to create and maintain a customer-focused culture.
