Job summary

Fareground Food Hall in Austin, Texas is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily front-of-house operations, guest service, and team development in our high-volume food hall.

The ideal candidate will coach staff, maintain brand standards, manage payroll and scheduling, coordinate with vendors and leaders, and consistently deliver welcoming, polished, and memorable guest experiences for diverse diners.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume hospitality and front-of-house operations.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills.
• Ability to manage staffing and scheduling.
• Commitment to brand standards and safety.

Responsibilities

• Supervise floor and guest-facing operations to ensure service.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures and payroll reporting.
• Maintain accurate POS/MICROS details and pricing.
• Coordinate daily operations between FOH, BOH, vendors, and partners.
• Lead, train, and develop FOH team; foster teamwork and accountability.
• Represent Fareground in the Austin community and support events.
