Mighty Fine Burgers, Fries & Shakes in the Austin area is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to oversee FOH & BOH operations, ensuring guest service and food quality standards are upheld.

You will apply your hospitality knowledge, manage a team, control costs, and help boost employee retention while delivering a positive dining experience for guests, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
• Familiarity with restaurant management software, like Aloha/Toast.
• Good math and reporting skills.
• Customer service attitude.
• Communication and team management abilities.
• Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
• High school diploma; additional certification in hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities
