Job summary

Shake Shack Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring superior service and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

You will train and motivate team members, coach for excellence, and promote the Shake Shack brand through local events and community engagement. The role requires strong leadership and a solid understanding of restaurant financials and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Experience in personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes.
• Aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level.
• Understanding of financial aspects of business operations.
• Food handler certification, preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction
• Train team members on all aspects of the Shack operations
• Motivate and manage team members to provide highest level of hospitality
• Demonstrate leadership with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence
• Develop and implement plan to promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
