Job summary

McDonald's General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant that delivers Quality, Service, and Cleanliness to customers. You will collaborate with senior leadership to set and reach ambitious restaurant goals.

You will lead a team of Department Managers, provide coaching, monitor progress, and hire and develop Managers to ensure the right leadership is in place for future growth. The role requires a hands-on, customer-focused approach to operations.

Qualifications

• Prior general manager experience in high-volume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Runs a profitable restaurant and ensures it meets McDonald's critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Works with leadership to set and achieve restaurant goals.
• Leads a team of Department Managers, helping them set goals, track progress, and provide coaching and direction to improve their Departments.
• May be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to ensure the restaurant has the right team to lead into the future.
