The General Manager leads Department and Shift Managers, hires and develops the team, and drives goals with coaching and direction to improve operations and guest satisfaction. 18+ required; experience in quick service or hospitality is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Experience in quick service, hospitality, or retail is strongly desired.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Department and Shift Managers to meet restaurant goals.
• Hire, develop, and coach staff to improve departments and performance.
• Ensure Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards are upheld for McDonald’s customers.
