Qualifications

• Previous General Manager experience in high-volume locations.
• Background in quick-service restaurants or hospitality/retail.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Department Managers to meet restaurant goals and create plans to achieve them.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the right team for future leadership.
• Oversee all restaurant operations including food production, guest service, and experience.
• Plan and manage inventory, budgeting, and food ordering costs to meet targets.
• Ensure food safety measures meet McDonald’s standards of excellence.
