Job summary

leapbrands is seeking a General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a high-volume, full-service restaurant and to drive revenue, manage financial performance, and develop a strong leadership team while ensuring consistent execution of brand standards.

Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, inventory, food quality and safety, customer experience, and adherence to health and safety regulations, with a focus on sales growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of restaurant management experience.
• Experience operating a high-volume, full-service concept.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, food quality, and safety.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop hourly team members and management personnel.
• Drive sales and profitability while controlling labor, food, and operating expenses.
• Own restaurant-level P&L performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and address customer concerns professionally.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, labor, and alcohol service regulations.
• Execute marketing initiatives and support community engagement.
