McDonald’s Restaurants Limited is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume restaurant. You will drive profitability, uphold McDonald’s Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards, and coach Department and Shift Managers to achieve goals.

Ideal candidates bring prior General Manager experience, preferably in quick-service, hospitality, or retail. You must be 18 or older, with strong leadership and people skills, and a passion for guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for meeting Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• To meet goals, the General Manager leads Department Managers, sets goals, follows up, and coaches to improve departments.
• The General Manager may also hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the right team for the future.
• Ideal candidates have GM experience in high-volume settings; background in fast food, hospitality, or retail is strongly preferred.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
