Job summary

Columbia Bank is seeking a Recruiting Consultant to drive high-volume, execution-focused hiring for operational roles. The role emphasizes candidate flow, scalable processes, and a consistent candidate experience within Workday and related systems.

You will manage multiple requisitions, partner with hiring managers to coordinate interviews, and ensure timely progress through the hiring pipeline while adhering to applicable employment laws and internal policies.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of recruiting or human resources experience in a corporate or high-volume hiring environment.
• Experience supporting multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruiting for high-volume, operational roles within established hiring frameworks.
• Build and maintain active, always-on talent pipelines for recurring roles.
• Screen candidates for baseline qualifications and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Ensure timely, professional communication and maintain accurate documentation across recruiting systems.
• Identify delays or compliance risks and escalate to maintain predictable hiring outcomes.
