Responsibilities

• Fulfill Sizemore’s full recruiting cycle from sourcing to onboarding across locations.
• Provide a positive candidate experience with timely updates.
• Utilize job ads and ATS to manage recruiting workflow and coordinate hiring activities.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to determine needs and criteria for future hires.
• Lead recruiting efforts for new locations and ensure compliance with policies.
• Stay current on employment laws and company policies to ensure fair hiring.
