Job summary

Sizemore, Inc. is hiring a High-Volume Recruiter – Janitorial Staffing in Jacksonville, FL to manage full recruiting life cycle across site locations.

You will source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates, delivering a positive candidate experience and aligning with Sizemore’s values. Ideal candidates have a minimum of 2 years in talent acquisition, strong communication, multitasking ability, and the judgment to handle time-sensitive roles.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED
• At least 2 years of Talent Acquisition experience
• Commitment to service and professionalism
• Patience, tact, enthusiasm, and diplomacy
• Initiative and sound judgement in evaluating situations
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Fulfill full recruiting cycle from sourcing to onboarding for multiple locations
• Provide a positive candidate experience with timely updates
• Manage internal and external job ads for open positions
• Research and source talent via job boards, networking events, and job fairs
• Submit candidate information to staff for consideration and track progress in ATS
• Coordinate hiring activities and events and collaborate with hiring managers
• Stay updated on company policies, employment laws, and organizational structure
