Job summary

Sizemore, Inc. is seeking a High-Volume Recruiter to support our Janitorial division in Augusta, GA.

This full-time, in-office role requires sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding large numbers of candidates while delivering a positive candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Specialist II will implement recruitment strategies aligned with Sizemore’s values and assist in expanding staffing across locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Talent Acquisition Experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Demonstrates commitment to service and professionalism.
• Effective verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill full recruiting cycle: sourcing, interviewing, offering, onboarding.
• Provide timely, thoughtful updates to candidates.
• Manage internal/external job postings across sites.
• Source talent via job boards, networking events, and job fairs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and criteria.
• Coordinate hiring activities and events across locations.
