McDonald's Restaurants Limited is seeking a General Manager in a fast-paced, high-volume McDonald’s location. You will be responsible for running a profitable restaurant and achieving Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards, while leading Department and Shift Managers to meet goals.

Experience in quick-service management is required; the role includes comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement within the franchise system.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have previous Quick Service General Manager experience running high-volume locations.
• There are other jobs posted that do not require previous experience.

Responsabilités

• The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for meeting McDonald’s customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Leads a team of Department Managers, sets their goals, follows up, and provides coaching to improve their Departments.
