Job summary

McDonald's is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume restaurant. You will drive profitability while upholding McDonald’s Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards and set the restaurant's goals with your leader.

You will coach Department Managers, hire and develop the team, and ensure scheduling and staffing align with business needs. The ideal candidate has GM experience in quick-service and is 18+.

Qualifications

• Previous General Manager experience in a restaurant setting.
• Background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail is strongly desired.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and meet McDonald’s Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• Lead a team of Department Managers, set goals, monitor progress, and provide coaching.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure future leadership.
