Job summary

McDonald's is seeking a General Manager to run a profitable restaurant while upholding McDonald’s standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. You will work with your leader to set goals and create plans to achieve them.

You will lead Department Managers, coaching and directing to improve their areas and the overall restaurant. Ideal candidates have GM experience in high-volume quick service; 18+ years old required.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage high-volume restaurant operations.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Must be 18 years or older to manage in company-owned locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall restaurant operations to meet quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Coach and develop Department and Shift Managers; set goals and monitor progress.
• Plan staffing, recruiting, and onboarding; manage people processes.
• Make critical business decisions around inventory, budget, and costs; ensure food safety.
